Merry came recommended to us from a good friend of mine who used her as his realtor. We were living on the north side of Atlanta and decided to relocate to Peachtree City. We had a list of desires and ‘must haves’ for our new home. Merry was extremely patient with us and always found time in her schedule to fit us in for last minute viewings. The end result is after three months she found our dream home that met every one of our requirements. Lake view, pool, master on second floor, finished basement, nice kitchen AND for $150,000 less than any other comparable home. We got into a competitive bidding situation and she was invaluable in giving her input on how we should proceed. The end result is we have our ‘dream home’ in PTC on Lake McIntosh.
